Hello TechyV buddies!
I am having some problem with Nero 11. I have installed Nero 11 and tried the trial version of it.
However, an error was encountered along the process. The error is this:
High-Definition Video Playback "Error 1336.Error getting file security: C:ProgramDataNeroGetLastError: 5"
Can anyone help solve this problem?
I cannot find any solution to this issue. I will really appreciate any effort in solving this.

The following workarounds should help you resolve the issue you are getting:

First, you should try deleting all the files in the following directory: c:ProgramDataAppleComputerInstaller Cache for they may be the ones causing the issue you are getting. After that you can try reinstalling Nero and see if it works.

If the error persists, I will recommend that you compose an email and send it to tech support on this issue. You will need to run the get support files utility that you can probably get on your disc, or you can as well get if from nero.com, and then you will attach the resulting nerosupport.cab to your e-mail.
