While trying to log into a web page it shows the error message below:

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error.
Why is this message?
Hello dear,
These type of problem mainly occurs because of the proxy server setting as it is changed of removed.
Please do the following to solve this problem.
1. Press start menu and go for the Internet Explorer
2. Go to tools from option menu
3. Now, select internet option from menu bar
4. Go to connection tab
5. Go for BTopenworld connection
6. Go for setting
7. Select use automatic configuration script from proxy server setting
8. Uncheck this and press ok.
9. Close this program
10.Refresh window and then restart the program again

What antivirus program are you using? If you have a Phishing filter in your antivirus, it may be blocking some websites. Try to disable your antivirus, log into a web page and enable antivirus again.
