I have an HP iPAQ Pocket PC h2200 series.
While I was trying to update the ROM, I suddenly received this error message stating
ERROR 100. This error appears when trying to change the language from Spanish to English and made me decided to update my Pocket PC to make this work. I have attached a screenshot of the said error message below.
I would greatly appreciate your help on resolving my problem.
ERROR 100: INCOMPATIBLE IMAGE
The ROM image that you are trying to use is not designed to work with your iPAQ Pocket PC.

Error 100 when trying to update iPAQ h2200 Series
If you updated your ROM through a serial connection and your Host PC's operating system is Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP you were likely to receive a "Connection Error" during the update.
Simply, follow the on screen instructions and try again. If the problem persists, unplug your serial connection and update through a direct connection to your Host PC's USB port download

Error 100 when trying to update iPAQ h2200 Series
This SoftPaq contains ROM Update Utility (known as RUU) and ROM image for the iPAQ Pocket PC whom Series is h2200. Actually, utility replaces the prevalent ROM image on the machine with a modernized version.
CRUCIAL: This modernize utility is designed to put back the present Read Only Memory image and rub off the association and all user data and programs on your iPAQ Pocket Personal Computer.
