To solve that problem, you will need to turn down the hardware acceleration on your video card, and the following are the steps on how to do that:
On your computer, you will click on start.
And then locate the Control Panel among the programs that have been listed.
In the control panel, you will need to locate the Display option.
And then you will need to locate Advanced and click on it.
Once you are there, you will need to turn off the hardware acceleration option.

Everything should work just fine after you have done that.

Hi Ariella,

The reason you are facing an error due to any of the given reasons.

1.    Wincreator.exe file may have been corrupted

2.    The registry files could have been corrupted or

3.    Your machine is infected with virus.

What I would want to do is first check the location on wcreator.exe. This file should be found under folder “Program Filesintervideowcreator2” and if this is not available there then wcreator.exe could be a virus and would request you run a scan.

If the file is found on the path given above then I would suggest you to go to Google and search for wcreator.exe file repair tool.

Download this program and run on your computer which should resolve this issue.

Hope this helps!

Regards,

Keaton Christopher
