Good day, my problem is regarding my webcam. Whenever I try to play a recorded file or is trying to record one, my webcam shows an error with a message as Error code 0x80040217. I used the troubleshot to solve this, but the same message was shown. I am stuck with it. Help me please. Thank you.

I think your driver has been corrupted or some files are missing. Try the following:
1. Disconnect the Camera from the USB port.
2. Reinstall the software program.
(Wait for the message that prompts you to connect the camera to the USB port)
3. Connect the Camera to the USB port.
Incompatibilities could also be a problem. Run a diagnostic workup for troubleshooting. If the procedure above does not work, download a different and an updated software such as SPLITCAM, AMCAP, GENIUS VIDEOCAM or WEBCAMMAX.
