Enable all feature in IP printer
It seems that the problem lies in the driver software or printer configuration. First, you have to check whether you have installed the drivers properly. Did this problem happen since in the initial stage or else later? If it is later, this may be due to virus problems. Through a proper virus scanning you have to remove the viruses of the whole network. If you have not installed the drivers properly, you have to install them correctly. Check the OS compatibility before installing the drivers. This printer’s drivers are compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/Win 7 and Windows server 2003 / 2008
Also, check whether you have properly configured the printer with network. Follow the below steps to get the Network configuration page of the printer
Click Menu > Network option through arrow keys > Network Information > print through local printer by clicking OK
If all the steps have been satisfied, there is no reason for you to get duplex printing through the network
