Emails are not being saved, my sent mail folder

Hi everybody,

I am using a new Apple MacBook Pro ME864LL/A.

Sometimes my internet connection is very poor. That time I can't even connect to the internet. Today I sent one important professional email. It was received by the receiver. But due to poor connection, it didn't get saved in my sent mail folder. So that email was lost in my system.

How can I solve this issue? Anybody faced the same issue? Please suggest me something to resolve this. Thanks!

Hello,

The cause of all these troubles is the slow internet connection with your PC. You must have a good and fast connection to have a better experience.

First, make sure that you’re using a fast package of internet connection. It is a must to have better internet speed. If not, then upgrade to a faster package. Also, check your zone whether it is too far from the service provider’s server. If so, find out the nearest internet service provider and buy a package from them.

Also, try the following steps to tweak your system configuration of your Mac to have a better performance.

1. Start Terminal.

2. Run the following commands:
defaults write /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.backupd-auto
StartInterval -int <7200>

This will set the “Time Machine” backup time more than normal and won’t let it use the bandwidth so much.

Also, clean your Safari history from “History >> Clear History”. Also, empty the cache by clicking “CMD + OPTION + E”.

Try to run other browsers, say, Firefox, Chrome etc.
