Hello,

I was using easy subtitle synchronizer and working fine as today I got an error message using this software. You can see the following attached error image and I can’t solve it easily. How can I fix this issue ASAP? Have any idea? Please suggest me with a proper solution. Thanks.

Error reading from file I:ESS_0_9ESS_0_9Easy Subtitle Synchronizer.msi Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I believe that you have a permission problem. Try to install the program when you are logged to  Administrator profile and if it still doesn`t work, try to install the program on another partition on your hard disk because I see that you installed on the partition I and this could be a partition with problems.
