E-mail with a PDF invoice link is not working in Internet Explorer

Hi,

I received an email with a PDF invoice link, but it is not working in Internet Explorer.

I tried in different browsers and it works fine.  

Please see the screenshot:

 

Unable to download/from templead.org. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Do you know why this could be happening?

Dear,

For better download process you can use Internet Download Manager software. It is very helpful for any type of download processing.

If this software fails to download and show the same type of error message then a problem with the file that you trying to download.  The file may not available on the server. According to the screenshot the server not found, it is turned off or crashed.

Hi Chad,

This type of problem may occur in following reasons.

Go! Zilla is installed on your computer or Go! Zilla installation is damaged.

Please use below mentioned methods to rectify your problem.

Method 01: Uninstall Go! Zilla

Method 02: Repair Microsoft Internet Explorer.

  • Go to Control Panel.
  • In Control Panel, click on Add/Remove Programs.
  • In Add/Remove program's properties dialogue box, click Internet Explorer and Internet tools & click on Add/Remove.
  • In the Internet Explorer and Internet tool dialog box, click on Repair Internet explorer & select OK & select “YES” to confirm.

Method 03: Re-installs Microsoft Internet Explorer.
