Duplicate sessions after XenApp 6.5 server hotfix update

If I login to WI5.4 and click the published desktop, then reclick on it after a few seconds, it will create new sessions over and over. It will create duplicate sessions per user on a single server. This happened after applying HRP3 on few XA 6.5 servers. Servers not running on HRP3 are fine. Any idea anyone?

Hello,

 

This problem may be a result of how you have configured Web Interface. Try enabling “Workspace Control” and the “Override user device names” option. If you are still experiencing this problem, purchase “Hotfix Rollup Pack 4” from Citrix. Prior to doing this, you must submit an official support request to Citrix.
