Recently, ASUS has a press conference held in Taipei Computer 2012 Tradeshow indicating their foremost move with regards to a advanced and gradually tablet filled world. One of the best part according to ASUS as they declare their very first thinnest and lightest Transformer Book. This is powered by Intel Core i7 which can be convert into laptop and a tablet all in one. If you take the screen out from the system, you can switch from laptop to tablet modes. This is an Ivy Bridge processors and a separate video. It has a hard drive and SSD storage with a 4GB DDR3 RAM with USB 3.0. Actually there are a number of new tablets by Asus.
One is Google’s sensational Nexus 7 which is actually manufactured by Asus. It already runs the latest Android OS – JellyBean. It also has a 7-inch HD display with scratch-resistant corning glass screen.

They also have Asus Transformer Infinity that is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS with a 10-inch screen.

A few months ago, they have also released Windows-powered tablets namely Asus 600 and Asus 810. These run on Windows RT and Windows 8 respectively. The 600 bears a 10-inch screen, while the 810 has an 11-inch screen, both have 2G of RAMÂ
