I've learned that there was some discovery of serious vulnerability in the SSL protocol and researches have been done to fix it.

Does anyone know of any concrete vulnerability issues for this?

Also, has something been developed to solve this so as to have a more secured http access?

 Hi,

SSL is the abbreviation of Secure Sockets Layer. SSL protocols are generally used to supply “authentication”, “encryption”, “integrity”, and “non-repudiation” to the network such as LDAP, IMAP, HTTP and POP3. The vulnerability issue may permit an attacker to push plain text inside the stream of application protocol of the server. And as a consequence of this process the attacker may achieve the control of the server. So this is an important issue for the server which contains valuable data for the users. To solve this problem you need to make contact with vendors for the information of specific path immediately.

I hope you understand it.
