Display problems with the Windows XP

Hi

Actually I am not familiar with the name of Menu that what it is named.
I am using Windows XP OS. When I try to open any Folder or any Window, I find a Blue color background window in right corner which displays the following things:
1) System Tasks; 2) Details;   3) Other Places;

But in my Windows XP , I don’t understand what happened because now it is not displaying the above things .
What should to do?? Please help.

Hi Samara

Please open any folder and then click on Tools in the Menu Bar and then on Folder Options as done in the screenshot below

Click on Tools and then on Folder Options

 

Now in Folder Options window that appears

Make sure "Show common tasks in folders" is checked as in the screenshot below

Thanks that you have shared your problem with us.

Dear it is very easy to get these options back Just you have to take these steps for this.

Click on start button and then click on control panel. Or type control in RUN and press enter.

Control panel will be opened. Here from control panel choose folder options.

Folder option window will appear.

Click on "General" tab and see "Task" portion in this tab.

In task portion you have to select "Show common tasks in folders" then apply and ok.

Your problem is resolved.
