Dismantling the Nokia Lumia 620 to clean
I have a Lumia that has issues with the keys and wanted to remove all parts and clean it to try if this fixes the keyboard issue in the phone
Removing the case might not be a better option. If the phone hardware is jammed than first of all it is recommended that you should perform a hardware reset. This must solve your problem. To perform the hardware reset simply detach the battery and re-insert it and boot-up yje phone normally.
