There are several solutions for Disc unreadable Xbox 360 fixes. This problem can occur when you are using the different profile than that which is used to purchase the game.

1. Check that your Xbox profile is same as that used to purchase the game.

2. Change the content license to the console where you want to play the game.

3. Delete the game and then again reinstall it.
