My computer doesn’t start, when I start it, makes different sound? How can I solve it? Urgent, please?

Dear Victor,
There is several reasons which can cause your PC not run. First check whether all the parts of your PC are connected with power source and with each other. Then see if the lights in Monitor and CPU are blinking (make sure they are on). If the CPU doesn’t blink while its turned on, then their might be problem with the power source of the CPU. Cross check it and if it still don’t appear then you should check the power supply. If the light comes while CPU is on but the computer doesn’t start, try replacing the RAM.

It would have been really helpful if you would have mentioned the source and sound of the noise. It can be the noise from Fan, or hard disk. If your PC is making a noise like repetitive grinding then this strange sound must be from the hard disk of your system. As CPU does not have any moving parts.
If it is hard disk noise chances are its an indication for hard disk failure, better take your system back up before something bad happens to your Hard Disk or you many lose data. It can be the fan too. But it would be better if you could tell us the source and type of noise.Â
