Hi dear,

please follow these steps

First Click on start then Go to "Control Panel", then find "Modems", then goto "Diagnostics". When you reach there then Highlight the COM port which the modem is located on. after it click on "more info" ok If you get a response from the modem, restart your computer. If the problem is still occur after restarting computer then i suggest you to reinstall driver of your modem. I hope this technique will solve your problem and if problem remain. then hold down the keys Control, Alt and Delete, highlight "RNAAPP" and click on "End task". After it restart the computer and then try again.

Ok

Kelly Try This:

1. Select the modem's COM port and under the Diagnosis section, open More InfoYou should reboot your computer if you are able to get Ati# responses. Hence, remove the erroneous init string or enter ATZ as the init.
2. You can also reinstall your modem
3. Else press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and if RNAAPP loads, contact a technician to fix this problem.
4. Your Dial-up Networking should be installed again together with its components
5. Your modem might not be working properly. You should then consult your computer manufacturer.
