I am using Windows 7 in my Dell laptop. I want to know about windows server 2008 r2 terminal services licensing. Can someone explain what is the purpose of this licensing. Please explain this to me.
The operating system Windows Server 2008 provides a management system(license) for the Services of Terminal which are known as TS Licensing(Terminal Services Licensing). It allows terminal servers to manage and obtain Terminal Services client access licensesfor users and devices which are connecting to a server. Terminal Services Licensing also supports the terminal servers that generally run Windows Server 2008 R2 as well as the terminal servers which are running Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003.
