Hi Samadissony,

I think that both of them are powerful devices with huge capabilities; Here is a simple technical comparison of them two:

MacBook Air 11-inch Dell XPS 13 Ultrabook
os Macintosh Windows
Size 11.8″ x 7.56″ x 0.11-0.71″. 12.4″ x 8.1″ x 0.24-0.71″
Weight 2.38 pounds 2.99 pounds
Display 11.6-inches, 1366 x 768 13.3-inches, 1366 x 768
CPU 1.60-GHz Intel Core i5-(2nd gen) 1.60-GHz Intel Core i5-(2nd gen)
RAM 2GB 4GB
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 Intel HD Graphics 3000
Storage 64GB SSD 128GB SSD
Wireless Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n; Bluetooth 4.0 Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n; Bluetooth 3.0
Ports 2 USB 2.0, Mic Headphone, ThunderBolt Port, FaceTime camera, 1 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0, DisplayPort, headphone/mic, 1.3MP HD webcam
As you can see the RAM is definitely an advantage of the Dell XPS over the Macbook, Also the storage of 128GB SSD, not to forget the USB 3.0 port offering very high speed, But for me I think the OS is also a major difference since not every Windows user will like the experience of working with Mac and vice versa.
