I had received an important mail. But it seems that I have deleted or archived it. I cannot find the email now because it is no longer in my inbox. Can anyone suggest a way to retrieve the same​?
First, click on the trash folder in Gmail by clicking on the More>Thrash. Otherwise, go for All Mail. You may find your mail there. Otherwise, go and search it in the search box. It shows all the emails irrespective of whether you have deleted it or archived it. Once you found it, open it and click on the folder button on the top and choose Move to Inbox. The mail will be restored to the inbox, and you will be able to see it.
