When will this Microsoft Smart Glass be introduced and toured in the Japan and other Asian countries?

Date of release of Microsoft Smart Glass

Dear Debrajbartels,

There is no word from the officials of Microsoft about the release date of Smart Glass. However is expected to reach the market by the end of this year (2012). According to the Microsoft officials, they are not only trying to combine all features in this Smart Glass which were given in earlier similar applications but taking it further. Smart Glass is actually an application that will work with operating systems such as Windows 8 which runs on PCs as well as on mobile devices, Google Android operating system of mobile phones and is also programmed to work with Apple devices e.g. iPhone, iPads etc. Smart Glass links up smartphones and tablets with Xbox and TVs.

Date of release of Microsoft Smart Glass

During launching the Windows 8, Microsoft also promised and showed their willingness to jump to the new “Xbox smart Glass” app by the end of the year 2012 that will connect with the Xbox 360 and will allow more and more fun and amusement. It will allow mobile devices to serve as other screen and remote controller. And finally it was released on 26th of October 2012.
