Data2.cab error while installing GTA IV

When I try to install GTAIV my main computer it gives me some error like File Transfer Error:

I've tried a many things with Rockstar tech support to fix this, but to no avail. When I try to install on different computers, it gives me the following error:

Component: GTAIV Dynamic

File : D:/GTAIV/data2.cab

Error: Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)

Please suggest me a solution.

Data2.cab error while installing GTA IV

This error is occurred because of use of pirated game from anywhere. You just need to fix the problem and for fixing the problem the main thing you need to do is buying your own full legal copy and install it.

Besides it also happen because of faulty disk and bad connection of data cables or fault of drive and for windows XP user need to update it to SP3 before the game install. And install from reboot. I think after following the instruction you can successfully eradicate your problem.
