Data Execution Prevention is a feature that protects our system from viruses and other security threats. The windows constantly monitor the programs running on our system and close them if they perform any malicious activity. But sometimes we want a certain program to run even if the windows alert us that it is a malicious one.
In order to change the data execution prevention settings in windows 7 please follow the below mentioned steps.

Put right click on the given computer icon on the PC's desktop and select the option properties.

The system windows open now. Click on Advanced system settings link in the left pane.

The system properties window opens now. Here click the settings under performance.

The performance options dialog box opens now. Here select data execution prevention tab and click on the dot Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select an option and click add button and then apply and ok.
Now execute data or what you have done now.
