I think you need to type in the search page like this "D-Link LAN Card driver for [Operating System]" This is the most appropriate way to look for it. If you bought it as a new then I'm sure it is easy to find.
You can also replace you CD player or just borrow from someone. Also try cleaning your CD ROM or check all of its connection, it might be easy to fix and then try installing the driver using the CD so that you won't have any hard time installing your driver.
You can also try placing the CD on other computer and then copy its content to a USB, then run it on your computer and install the driver using it. This is much easy than searching for the driver that gives you a hard time on looking.
