During the installation of the ITCAM for AD 7.1 program this error below appears and I cannot continue or skip the error. I meet all the system requirements and the installer is downloaded for a trusted source. What could be the problem that is causing this one ?
CYNCR9114E The installation program failed to create the bufferpool, tablespace, database or tables, check log file in “D:DataBMuitcamWEBSPH~1MSlogs” for details messages. You can create the bufferpool, tablespace, database, or tables manually.

Sounds like something is messed up with the database, tablespace, bufferpool or tables. Somehow, you didn’t complete those steps accordingly to the installation instruction so you’re having this problem. In order to fix this issue, you have to configure them according to the guide while running the installation.
Terminate the current setup session, start a new session. Follow every step-by-step guides carefully. Configure database, bufferpool, tables and all other things accordingly to the instruction.
