CPU usage is 100% Everytime

Is this because of hardware? I have connected a printer and a plotter to my PC. After that, I get 100% CPU usage at all times even if I don't run the hardware. I'm really confused what to do. I have only 1 PC at my press and it is lagging like a cart. What should I do?

CPU usage is 100% Everytime

• First of all check whether the computer is virus infected through a Virus Guard Scan since a malware attack can cause the system to slow down.
• Verify all the programs are up to date with latest version installs.
• Open Task Manager & check for any unnecessary programs running in the background. If you find any, kill them.
