Could you compare storage internet services for me?

What is the difference between DriveHQ and Dropbox as both are the storage internet services? I will be very glad if you will provide own examples or experience in using them and your honest opinion about which is better according to that. Or maybe I need to choose any other storage internet service, how do you think?
