Could not find an ICA file

I am unable to connect to the presentation after installing the service pack 2 for Windows Server 2003. An error message occurred when connected to a domain. Please tell me the in detail the cause of the following error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Error number 2323

ACA Client Configuration Manager: Could not find an ICA file Or appsrv.ini entry corresponding to (notepad). Please check your installation, Or contact your administrator

Could not find an ICA file


This problem appears when you don`t delete temporary internet files for a long time. To resolve this problem you have to delete temporary internet files and if the problem still persists, another way that can fix this issue is given another name to the connection and the error log 2323 will have to disappear.
