Could not add a bookmark on open image window

Hi,

I got an error message when I try to add a  Bookmark to the left window on the Open Image window. The error says “Could not add a bookmark”. I am looking for an expert’s advice to fix this issue. Please help me to resolve the following error. Thanks for any help.

Bookmark saving failed: Could not change file mood:

Waitpid() failed: No child processes.

Could not add a bookmark on open image window

If you cannot add Bookmarks or make changes to your Bookmark then Reset Firefox browser to fix the problem.

On the browser page click Firefox button, go to Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information.

Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper right corner.

 

Click Reset Firefox in the Confirmation window.

Firefox will close and be reset. Click finish on the information window and Firefox will open.
