You surely need only Adobe Reader. Since Adobe Acrobat is a software used to edit PDF documents whereas it is also paid version of Adobe Software. In Adobereader, you can open, view PDF documents also sign the document with a certificate or a signature. It also features a highlighting panel and auto reading mode. All documents are also automatically adjusted to your view panel.
