I have to admit I am not sure what you are talking about, but I suppose you were asking what colors will be viewable in all browsers.Â

The CMS you are using have nothing to do with that – web safe colors that will be shown in every browser are the same no matter of the engine.

To get all the available colors please do a simple Google search using the term "web color chart". The results will give you the charts with all available colors and their hexadecimal codes. To use them in CSS you have to put a # in front of the color code.
