Cloud Server with SAS server not available

Here is one problem that puzzles me.

I am currently putting files in our cloud server when suddenly I have encountered this error message which I do not understand personally.

What does this mean? Help anyone.

I have pasted the error message below for your reference.



The SAS server “DefaultServer” that you specified is no longer available. That server selection has been automatically replaced with an available server.

Please update the 'SAS server' and 'Default value' field as necessary.

Cloud Server with SAS server not available


Hi Terry,

This type of situation is often encountered while dealing with cloud servers.

As there are multiple servers present in a cloud environment, and servers sometimes go down because of heavy load.

So when your default server goes down, your default server is changed and that is why you get this error.

But, not to worry, there is a very easy fix for this problem.

Click Ok in the message you got, and then go here.

Your default server will be updated automatically.
