Cannot run Windows on SONY PCG FX140

I bought an old SONY PCG FX140 and I can't run windows on it. The blue windows background with the windows logo appears but then the error ''scandisk has caused an error in msvcrt.dll scandisk will now close If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer''. When you close that, it says "rundll32 has caused a problem in msvcrt.dll", then ssdpsrv, then spool 32, then stimon, then statemgr, then scrolling mark, then it starts with scandisk again.

I rebooted the process like twice before running windows

I used recovery disk and restarted it a several number of times. I need my windows to load for some important information. I hope someone can help me with this problem. Thank you for reading this and I hope you can give me solutions.

If this is a brand new Windows tablet that you bought then you don’t need to fix it yourself. You should return it back to the store where you bought it and I’m sure it is still covered with the product warranty. If you try fixing it by yourself, it may result on making the product warranty to be void. If this happens, you can still send it for repairs but you’ll be the one who’ll be paying for the repairs because of the broken warranty.

I think the operating system of your Windows tablet needs to be reinstalled again. It’s possible that its operating system was not properly installed before you bought it.
