When I opened an application downloaded form AppStore I was asked to sign in. I signed in with the correct Apple ID and the password this error message appeared. I have this problem now when I want to sign in to AppStore. Does anyone know why I have this problem and how I can fix it permanently ?

Cannot run a app downloaded from AppStore
There are a number of reasons as to why you are having a problem signing in to Appstore. To fix this, you can try any of the following solutions:
Solution 1: update your DNS settings by clicking on “System preferences” > “Network” > “Advanced” at the top there, you will find a tab for DNS, you can add 22.214.171.124 or 126.96.36.199. After this delete all your cookies.
Solution 2: You may need to update your billing and account information.
Solution 3: Logging out and back in after trying the above of your Apple ID iTunes store from the “Store menu" in iTunes on your PC or Mac can assist in fixing the account glitches and problems in the system. Launch iTunes on your PC or Mac using iTunes, and from the “Store menu” log out, and then back in again on your store Apple account. Do this on your device and leave it logged out until you log in from the link that is at the top and check your account.
Solution 4: Contact Apple to get further assistance if all of the above solutions fail.
