Cannot retrieve or change the user account information

Hello,

I received the following error message attempting to deactivate/activate or remove a user account from the Dashboard. Can I fix this issue without having any trouble? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cannot retrieve or change the user account information. If this problem persistes, restart the server, and then try again.

Hello Roger B Parham,

Because Administrator is the main account on your operating system, you cannot remove or disable it. You are able to manage any other user accounts, but not the main one. The main account purposes are to administrate the operating system and without it you won't be able to use your operating system.
