Cannot login to user profile.

Yesterday morning, I updated my system from automatic Windows update. Now I can't login to my user profile typically, after I had updated my Windows Vista. I get to the login screen, enter my password, and then Windows says, "The User Profile Service failed the login. User profile cannot be loaded" and returns me to the login screen.

What should I do to solve this? Any suggestion???

It may be that the password is set by Windows.  In this case you can just press Enter from the keyboard and it will work fine. But in case you have set a password, then you can change it by logging in as Administrator.  You can also do it by going to safe mode and then login as Admin and then change the account you want to change.  It is a simple method and will take less time other wise you have to reinstall you Windows.

Safe mode can be accessed by pressing the F8 key several times, while booting and then select SAFE MODE.  Next thing is to log in as a admin.  It will require an admin password that is also set by Window and it is just, enter.  By pressing enter you can now access your control panel and user accounts.

Here you can also check the availability of account and change them as well. You can also create a new one from here to log in next time as normal mode.

I hope this is the solution for your problem.
