I receive a Crash message when I download videos or mp3.
I am using Maxthon browser. I still get the same problem even after downloading, and the browser closes.
I have tried reinstalling the browser.

Why you do not use an updated version of the browser you are working with. This browser type has some coding problems that cannot handle certain types of usages. These works are given as per requirements of the system. All you need to do is to manually update the cause of version updating. The next solution is to use a new browser like opera or google chrome. Why do you use an old browser. Some compatibility problems are always an issue with most of the software systems. If the problem persists then you have to update and fix issues with your OS.

If you keep receiving an error when using Maxthon, check the system requirements and make sure your computer meets those requirements. The latest version at the moment is Maxthon 5. It supports Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. It requires 1 GHz or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, and 64 MB free space.
If you are not using the latest, download the latest version. Go to Maxthon homepage and download the latest version, Maxthon 5. If the problem continues, just use another browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or SeaMonkey. If you intend to play flash games with Maxthon, I don’t recommend it because it doesn’t render games properly.
Most games I’ve tried have very poor performance with this browser but works pretty well with other browsers especially with Google Chrome.
