Hi Gary,
The error is because the settings of the Micro Strategy portlet are incorrect.
The solution to it is:
1) Open the portal page with Micro Strategy iView and Select 'Personalize'
2) Enter correct user id and password to connect to Micro strategy
3) Select the default display type from the drop down list. The types are Grid, Graph, Grid And Graph and Custom Visualization
4) Set the values for height, width for the display properties
5) After completing the setting personalization option, Click 'Change Settings'

That seems to be a problem with Java. Try installing Java Runtime Environment or JRE. Download Java SE Runtime Environment 9 or visit Java SE Downloads to see the list of available Java Runtime Environments. Java Runtime Environment 9 is available only to 64-bit Microsoft Windows. If you need a 32-bit version, download Java SE Runtime Environment 8.

This version is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows. If the problem continues, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select the affected program among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install the program back.
