I am using a lower internet Optimizer and would like to change to the top internet Optimizer. Can I install the top internet Optimizer without having to uninstall the other internet Optimizer?

It would be better for you to uninstall your old optimizer to prevent any unexpected conflicts of the two and it is also pointless to keep the older one seen you said you are installing a better optimizer. But if your new optimizer has been just an updated version of your previous then you can also just update your previous optimizer if there's an option to do so to save you some time from uninstalling then installing again.
