3) Choose the Destination Folder, Name your HTML File and click on the “Save” button.

If you want to download a particular web page and edit it in Microsoft Office Word, there’s no need to convert it to DOC or DOCX format. A web page is sometimes in PHP format and sometimes in HTML. Whatever format the website uses, the web browser can save it in HTML format. Microsoft Office Word supports opening and editing of HTML files.

To edit a web page in Microsoft Office Word, first, open your web browser and visit the website or the page of the website you want to edit. Next, on your web browser, perform a save by pressing CTRL + S on your keyboard then click “Save” on the “Save As” dialog.

Once the page is saved, open Microsoft Office Word then press CTRL + O to open a file. After this, navigate to the location or the folder where you save the page. Select the page you saved then click “Open” to open the HTML file. And that’s it.
