You didn’t mention which version of windows you want. I am assuming that you are looking for Windows XP sp3 as you are currently using Sp2. Are you getting any trouble in your current package? You can simply turn on windows update, and it will automatically update your current version to SP3. To do this, go to the control panel, click on Windows update and select install updates automatically.
In the case, you would need to install a fresh copy of windows I would suggest you to install windows xp sp3. If you have a license key, you can easily download the ISO file from the Microsoft site from the below link:
