Hi,

I have a slight problem with my Bluetooth on my iPAQ 3850 pocket PC and throwing me the following error message saying “The Bluetooth Radio failed to turn ON due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth Radio”. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As the error stated, you should check on the memory of your ipaq if you have enough memory space to start the bluetooth radio. Free some space if you don't have enough and then start bluetooth radio again. If this doesn't work and you think that you have enough available space on your memory, perform a reset on your ipaq. You have two options and that is to soft and hard reset.

To soft reset your ipaq:

Insert your stylus on the reset switch located below the ipaq and then press it for one second.

To hard reset your ipaq:

Remember that this step will bring your device back to its original image and will remove all your data including your contacts, calendar entries and programs. Ensure that you will back up any important information before you proceed.

1. Press and then hold both the outside application buttons.

2. Insert your stylus in the reset switch of your ipaq.

3. Press the reset switch for 5 seconds.

4. To activate your ipaq again, insert your stylus in the reset switch and then press the switch for 1 second or connect your device to the AC adapter.
