Bluetooth to internet using mobile phone is not at all a problem unless you have a access point settings correctly installed in your device. Let me  make it clear that you cannot connect the internet until the settings of the handset are OK. Contact the service provider for the settings of the handset. Save them. Now on your PC pair the mobile phone to your PC then open the dialup option. As you dial, the connection should get established. In some cases you need to specify the area code and APN (Access POINT NAME). You can get these from your service provider as you call the Customer Service Center. Try GPRS default setting in your handset if none works, and at last the service providers should deliver you a setting manually.
Thanks.

If you want to connect to the internet by merely using the Bluetooth connection of your phone, try this. First, activate or turn on the Bluetooth connection on your phone. Once Bluetooth is turned on on your Smartphone, on your computer or laptop, start your Bluetooth program manager then select the option to add a new connection or device.

This will allow the computer or laptop to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Next, find your phone and perform a pairing. Enter the pairing code on both devices. Once the phone has been added, select “PAN” or Personal Area Network when you are prompted what service to use. You should then have a working internet connection after this.
