Yes you can block the mailer which you don’t like to receive email from their side. For this, you have to follow certain steps.
You must add the e-mail address of unwanted sender into your Outlook.Com list, that allows you to do that:
step 1-Click the settings options in your Outlook.Com’s toolbar
step 2-Select more mail settings from the menu
step 3-Under preventing junk e-mail choice comply with the safe and blocked senders link
step 4-Tap on Blocked Senders
Now here you could input the undesirable e-mail deal with that must be blocked
