Best alternatives to cable tv

Hi,

I don’t want cable TV anymore. I have internet with good speeds of up to 100 MBPS and I heard about Apple TV and Chromecast but I don’t know how they work. Can someone provide me the necessary details?

Let me introduce you to Apple TV and Chromecast. 

1. Apple TV – It is a digital media player which can run many channels on your computer. It has a 40 GB hard disk and 160 GB hard disk versions. You can connect this device through a HDMI port on your system. It also has a WiFi and Bluetooth support for Apple wireless keyboards. Its pricing is $99, one time payment. After that you can enjoy movies, TV programmes, all on your computer screen. Its easy to handle. 

2. Chromecast – It is similar to Apple TV but cheaper than that. Its pricing is $53 and works similar to Apple TV. It runs with a simplified version of Chrome OS. It plays audio/video content on your HD TV or computer screen by streaming it from internet or local network. 

So both are good options to watch TV on your computer. Looking at a good and cheaper TV Tuner, you can choose the Chromecast. Its more handy than Apple TV.

Best alternatives to cable tv

I have the same concern like you before. I pay this cable TV with how much every month and the best part is I don't even use it. I'm not that fan of watching everything in the Television. What I do is like you I have internet. I watch news and other stuffs that I need or want too in the internet. You can even get some TV series to watch it online, Or even movies.
