MS-Excel is one of the most basic and best software to learn. It is very simple and easy to understand. To find out the easiest way to learn excel let us introduce you to the basic concepts first.
SUM function is the most fundamental concept of MS-Excel. To find the sum of the values, all you need to do is use the function =SUM (array of values). If you double click on the column where the total is to be calculated, then it will be displayed only if there is data present in the previous column. It can also be dragged down to obtain values of all the other rows.
You can also calculate the sum product of a company by using the function =SUMPRODUCT (array of values) after selecting the rows whose sum product is to be calculated. The drag function can then be used to calculate the total revenue. You can use AVERAGE to find out the average sales on a particular day by selecting the values of which the average is to be calculated. Now let us take an example that you want to find out whether doubles exist or not. This can be found out by the COUNTIF function. For this, it is needed to select the values to calculate the number of times doubles were thrown.
