When I was trying to BBVA NET this error appeared and closed the process. I am a newbie using Windows XP because I am more familiar to with MAC. I don’t know how to fix this error so is there an expert who might help me please to solve this error ?

The message in Spanish at the back of the dialog box “para acceder a bbva net, debera introducir el contenido de la coordenada que aparece resaltada” translates in English as “to access bbva net, you must enter the contents of the coordinate that is highlighted”. I think you did not check the page properly on what information is to be entered.
Check the page again and look for the highlighted coordinate and then enter its contents. This will then allow you to access BBVA net. Though I’m not seeing the actual page, I’m thinking that you are being asked for a security code like a captcha, for example, where you enter what you see in a captcha for security purposes.
