Some files in your program file is corrupt. So you need to re-install that program again or download the application again and install it again. there also another reason your any windows file is missing or any windows file is missing by any virus so you have to re-install your windows and it is the better path to success.

I think you do not have any antivirus or buy product of antivirus.

Use antivirus after installing your windows to prevent virus activates. Do not delete any file in the drive c:/ or where you install windows that may cause file missing.

Thank you.

Your file system is corrupted or a virus might be giving the file a hard time to start or moved it somewhere.

Solution 1:

Check for viruses inside your system using your anti virus software. Make sure to have one installed or you could just simply install one provided that it is a genuine or install Microsoft Security Essentials on your computer if your operating system is genuine.

Solution 2:

You can do a system restore to your computer or just simply format your computer but to make sure. Backup all of your files especially the ones that has a value to you.
