I just bought a graphics software called AutoDesk Design Review 2008.
However, whenever I run the installation, I keep getting a runtime error.
Error:
Error2738.Could not access VBScript run time for custom action.Â
I don't know what to do next. Can you help me fix this problem?

Hi Alfred, your error is most probably due to the installation of your software. You may have installed your software but didn't install some of the direct x or .dll files such as vbscript.dll.
These are the steps you need to follow if that is the case;

Try registering the file by going to Start->Run->Type regsvr32
In the window, open C:WindowsSystem32vbscript.dll
If you register the file and it registers properly, a Regsvr32 message will appear stating Dllregisterservice has succeeded
The file should now be able to work.
