As an engineer I have been using the ARIS Express software to create very complicated designs. I have used it for a while now but suddenly I can’t save my models as it popping up an error as shown below. I have tried opening other designs and they open but only problem is saving new designs and saving changes to already saved designs.

Save operation is not possible. Internal Error: Internal error: Unable to save the model.
ARIS Express Saving Shows Error
Because the program is throwing up an internal error every time you save your work, it sounds like the program is already not working properly. In any applications, the save function is the very important part. It’s obviously useless if you can only start the program but you can’t save any work.
If this problem somewhat becomes permanent, there must be something wrong with the program’s files. It is possible that one of them became corrupted. If you’ll check the specifications of the program, Windows XP is well supported together with Windows Vista and Windows 7. The first thing you can do is to try reinstalling it.
Uninstall ARIS Express then install it again and then see what happens. If this doesn’t work, you must be installing the older version. Try installing the latest version. Visit Download ARIS Express 2.4 to download the latest release. This should fix your problem. But before installing ARIS Express, you must first install the latest version of Java Runtime Environment.
If you don’t have JRE yet on your computer, download it from Java SE Runtime Environment 7 Downloads. Java Runtime Environment is available in different versions such as for Linux 32-bit and 64-bit, Mac OS X 32-bit and 64-bit, Solaris 32-bit and 64-bit, and Windows 32-bit and 64-bit. Make sure also to download the correct version for your operating system to avoid further complications.
